Ages

*Our camp is geared for children 4-8 years old who are currently in a dual language school, taking classes at LyC or Heritage speakers.

*All campers need to be 4 by June 1st and will also need to be potty trained.

*Due to capacity and schedule we cannot accommodate napping children

Cancellation Policy

If you withdraw from camp 14 calendar days or more from the camp start date you will have the following options:

Option 1: Request a Program Credit. We will credit your account with the balance for a future class, camp, special event, or program. Credits must be used within 6 months.

Option 2: Transfer camp dates to another available date. We do not give refunds for illness or absences after the five day period.

 Please note: We are no longer able to issue credits for cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before your scheduled camp week. Our team begins planning each week well in advance, and your child’s spot is accounted for in our staffing, materials, and daily activities. We appreciate your understanding as we work to create a consistent and enriching experience for all campers.

Hours

Morning care 8am-8:45am

Regular Camp 9am-3pm (doors open at 8:45a)

Aftercare 3pm-6pm

*If you need to leave before 3pm, please let us know. Your child may be at the park.
